Bereavement services begin with the initial assessment and an individualized care plan and continue 13 months following the death of the patient. The care plan may include grief educational group meetings, informational literature, correspondence, phone calls and our Service of Remembrance.

The Road Ahead

At times we may feel that there is no path forward from our grief. The Road Ahead is an online group focused on providing a supportive environment in which to share and discuss the challenges that come with loss and how to navigate them as we move forward.

Grief and Grit

Grief and Grit is an online discussion group that uses a unique model called GRIT to help individuals navigate their grief one day at a time, by learning practical coping tools and strategies.

In-Person Group

Grief Group Counseling

Grief Group Counseling meets every Tuesday at 10:00 AM, providing an in-person supportive environment where you don’t have to navigate your grief journey alone. Led by Larry Green, Chaplain, this group offers professional guidance and community connection for those who have lost a loved one or are struggling with feelings of loss and significant life changes.
